This contact card does not automatically allow us to file your taxes. Once the contact card is received an intake questionnaire will be sent to you. Once the intake questionnaire is received by our office it will be reviewed by our staff. Your eligibility will be considered, and you will be contacted. We do not file taxes for anyone under the age of eighteen without signed authorization from a legal guardian/parent. Note: Our standards are according to Federal Laws and Regulations:
